As many of you already know, I offered at the August OMBA to create and supply some embroidery for the Music Boosters. I presented some samples to the OMBA at the September meeting and recently received the approval to proceed.

Enclosed you will find a sampling of the items I have come up with. Currently, the majority of my embroidery will be sub-contracted as my home machine cannot handle the volume. The embroiderer I have selected also does some of Egelhoffs embroidery and will produce the same quality results as you would receive from them.

OMBA will receive at least 20% of gross sales (excluding tax). The minimum profit per item will be $5.00.

I am still in the process of getting my business name registered, the first one I chose conflicted with one already in existence in Cleveland. I should have this completed by the end of October, but in the mean time, payment can be made directly to me: Pamela S Boyce. I do have a business checking account set up.

The turnaround time for orders will be approximately 3 weeks. We will have items back in time for the band’s New York trip if order is received by October 8, 2005. I will collect orders on Tuesday after band practice and at Friday’s game (band truck after game). If either of these times is inconvenient, please email me your order and I will make arrangements to collect.
